You guys are THE BOMB!

Your service, screens and videos are awesome. I'm a writer, and I'm not even remotely technical. I'm handy, but with things like toilets. And I just fixed my own blasted laptop! Take that, GeekSquad! It only took me about 45 minutes and that's because of the dumb bezel screws by the hinges are so hard to reach with a screw driver.
